excellent service

For the first time in a year that I have had an Audi vehicle, I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Audi Centre North-cliff, From when I entered the reception to the Service Adviser who booked in my car without any difficulties. My car had a light that came on in the morning whilst driving to work, Not knowing what it was, I went to the north-cliff dealer during my lunch as its nearer to my new work place, I was shocked when they immediately took it in and fitted it with new break pads. I kind of expected them to tell me to book it in for another day as it was already half day. But they put the customer 1st and exceed expectation. I think the guy who helped me was Neville - Extremely helpful and interested in the customers needs. I have just found my car a new home for all my services. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. Well done Neville. and the lady who organized for me to be dropped off at work- OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY SERVICE. You should train Audi Centre Arcadia, I have never seen them that friendly and energized to help customers. That dealer should be closed DOWN if Audi has dealers like North-cliff. But can I ask that they correct my reg and model no on the job card
