excellent customer service

I'm so happy and truly pleased by the level of customer excellence that Audi arcadia branch and also the Audi assist call centre showed to my problem, even though they we're not able to give me a curtesy car while they were fixing my car. I truly appreciate how speedily they fix my car and also the daily update on the car. Audi arcadia is now my favourite service centre you guys roc*****!!!!!!!!!!!
