DSG Mechatronic Fault from Audi

I have replaced DSG Megatronics and Gearbox three times already. This was done at 82 000km and now after the mechanical warranty and the 1year guarantee on the parts are exceeded at 112 000km. I have done research on this problem and it has persisted with most DSG gearboxes from the Audi A3 1.8TFSI models 2007 - 2011. This is costly and I am very much unhappy as it not normal to replace a gearbox so soon. The car was purchased in 2010 from Audi. Audi will not take responsibility for this issue and clearly now its the owners responsibility. The costs are over R65 000.00.<br>
