Don't expect much support from Audi

Sunroof of 2017 Audi A4 just blew up in the freeway. I reported this to Audi Centre Fourways, Audi SA and Audi International. My major concern has been what would cause this; should I be concerned about a repeat shower of glass fragments and loss. They were quick to deny responsibility and that its my problem to deal with.
