Dont buy Audi

i bouth an Audi A1 in september 2015. It only took 2months fo rthe car to s**** giving me issues. It wa sforst the Oil, then i went and got that fixed then it was the brakes then i went and got that fixed and they didnt do a good job because after then the brakes were squicking again. The issue that tops it all was when my car refused to move. When i s****ed it it would shake uncontrollablly and refused to move, the fastest it would move when it did was 10km per hour literally. I managed to drive it to Audi Hatfield, the one based in Rivonia. I have never experienced such bad customer service. They did a diagnostic on the car, and told me it was the throttle body which would take 3weeks to order from germany. I was not offered a loan car as all their loan cars were out with clients and i was told the only way to be goven a courtesy car is if i had a credit card. so ill have to find my own way home. So i took the risk of driving that car home. They however told me that they have ordered the throttle body and should be in the country by three weeks. During this process there was lack of communication, i had to continuos call and ask for feedback as to how everything is going. Aftter taking my car, i was never contacted again, from audi rivonia. I then decided to call audi south africa, and told them my problem. They too were not helpful and their communication was poor. I had to constantly call the cse manager to find out whats happening, and everytime i called she was unavailable and would be promised to be called back and nothing ever happened. Until i insisted to speak to someone that was available and only then the case manager was all of a sudden available. But even then she had done nothing to help the situation she hadnt even called Audi rivonia to find out what the issue was. On the same day she called audi rivonia and got back to me. It had been 2 weeks since my car had been sitting in my garage. The case manager told me that audi rivonia hadnt even ordered the part they said they had ordered. They **** and said that they told me to bring the car back to the dealership to do a proper diagnostic so they they know what part to order. By then i wanted nothing to do with audi, audi south africa were of no help and i was travelling via public transport from hartebee****rt to Paulshof. This was a brand new car which was only 8 months old and it was giving me issues. eventually i went back to my dealership which was audi centurion...and they managed to fix the car, it had been a month and by then i no longer wanted the car becasue of its unrealiability and asked for te car to be replaced, but that was obviously not an option for Audi South Africa. As we speak my automatic car on a heel rolls back before it moves forward which is not suppose to be the case for an automatic car but thats another issue that ill have to fight to get solved. I bought Audi for its outstanding reputation in terms of quality and a customer service but my experience was nothing to what they are known for which makes me wonder if they are selling a lie.
