DONT BUY A CAR FROM AUDI PINETOWN CENTRE!!!!

Buy a car from Audi pinetown centre at you own risk!!! The only person who goes out of his way to assist is Mr Nathi Mncube. He wasn’t even my sales person. But when I come through, he ensures everything is done to the T. The guy who sold me the car Mr Xaba installed an incorrect number plate. I realised after checking the license disk after a couple of weeks that the number is different and he had resigned. He assisted in getting the right plates.

You can complain through emails etc. you will not get a response from Audi centre pinetown. They just don’t care!!! Went to fill in Adblue the parts sales man Jiten Surajpaul had the audacity to want me to carry the 10L Adblue to my car. The parts department is on the ba*****t and I am parked on the ground floor outside, on the other side. I told Jiten I wouldn’t do that. When I went up I saw Mr Mncube. He was ****ed and shocked. He took my car keys and went to fill it up.

When Buying a Brand New Car at 1m at the dealership you are also hoping for a great after sales service.

YOU WILL NOT GET THAT AT AUDI CENTRE PINETOWN. Biggest regret!!!! Especially if you are black.
