Last on 23 September I did a quotation of a vehicle with Audi Wonderboom branch, I was told that I only qualify for Renault Kwid and they've sent me an electronic contract to sign. When I had to go to fetch the vehicle I got to realize that I won't be able to afford it as I was still paying a Loan with a bank.I thought they're settling it for me.I then called the sales consultant to tell him that I need to cancel the purchase. I was told that I need to come to the branch, I then went there, then I was told that I have to pay R5000 cancellation fee. I told them that I don't have that kind of money, I then paid R1500. Then they gave me a handwritten POP. I need my money back. I'M been trying to speak to them but they don't want to give me back my money
