DO NOT BUY THE A4 2.0TFSI with AUDI SOUND!!

<p>I took delivery of one of the 1st 2016 Audi A4s in February this year and the Audi sound system which I paid R5700 for by virtue of a forced choice due to the other optional items I selected and the genius choices of options that Audi SA selected was an absolute disaster! This was my 5th Audi so I obviously already have expectations...</p> <p>On delivery I immediately reported the rattling subwoofer and also the quality of the sound(pathetic) compared to a standard system in the entry level A4. It took 2 months of back and forth and eventually Audi SA sending a "representative"(No sound expert and obviously paid to protect Audis interests!) who claims that there is no problem with the sound even though I pointed out the rattles and "it is perfectly normal", in his words. The biggest load of **** for a car that costs around R620k with those specs. Fortunately for me the dealer principle, who should be commended for his actions, agreed with my opinion and opted to resolve my issue and we agreed to change the car(at a cost) to upgrade to a B & O system and other extras!</p> <p>YOU MAY NOT BE THAT LUCKY SO DON'T BUY THE A4 WITH THE AUDI SOUND!!</p>
