Do Audi care about customers?

Took my car for a service at Audi Sandton, The scratch my car on the bumper and bonnet. Contact Audi South africa, has been assigned a case manager. After initial call from case manager, she does not phone back after contacting Audi through their webchat and the lady said she will phone me back? Did not received a call from service center yet to confirm when they will fix my car. Absolutely pathetic service!
