Dissappointed at Audi Service

Today i went to Audi Centre ( 200 Stalwart Simelane St, Durban Centtal) for help since my Audi A4 2013 model got an engine light during the weekend. I walked in to the booking reception (by the name of Choice) and advised her of my predicament, she then told me that if i want any help i need to book my car for assessment and the available date is the 14th of June 2017 (3 weeks from today) as they need to diognose it . When i asked her how am i suppose to drive my car when i do not know how severe the problem is, she told me i could leave my car and arrange alternative transport myself but it will probably be attended to around the 14h June anyway OR make a decision to drive it with the light on at my own Risk.

I advised her that this is not the customer sevice i have experience with Audi before and she told me rules have changed since the beginning of 2017 and even if i go to another branch (e.g uMhlanga) i would follow the same process and the available date there is around the 12th of June anyway.

I am appalled at this type of service and the High Reputation I have had with Audi simply goes down the drain because of my experience today. As i speak my car is not attended to and as a consumer i need to decide on my own with no mechanical experience what to do. Clearly only people with mechanical experience need to buy Audi Cars as when there is a problem you are required to see to it yourself!
