Dishonesty and misinformation

hello my clutch dmf failed last week and audi Sandton are saying its how the car was driven!! only had it for 18 months 21 000km and i never let the car be held with the clutch i use the handbrake. I have to pay the R18600,00 I then went to complain to audi SA and they gave me the same response without investigating the matter. I asked for written feedback accompanied by pictures of the clutch on the 27nth of march and only received these today the 1st of April 2015. I took it upon myself to get an independent 3rd party (Mechanical Engineer) to investigate on my behalf. <br> <br> Checking the Audi Forum website, I see a trend of similar complaints with regards to the A1. Audi is very quick to say its a wear and tear due to abnormal driving so my question is that are all A1 drivers so bad in driving that all their clutches burn by 20k and within year?
