DISHONEST & ********* CONDUCT BY AUDI CENTRE MENLYN

<p>On the 30th of May 2014 I entered into an agreement with Audi for a purchase of an Audi A4, 1.8T, 2014 model. The cash price for the car was R360 144.24 (VAT Inclusive). The dealership included a number of extras in the price, of which I am disputing two (2) of these. Firstly, the dealership charged me R11854.00 for a bluetooth interface, which was NEVER installed in my car. Secondly, I was charged R19854.00 for 16 inch wheels, which are a standard feature on all Audi A4s. I took the matter up with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of SA, who strangely found nothing wrong with the actions of Audi Menlyn.</p>
