DISHONEST

Super disappointed in Audi South Africa Bruma dealership. They took all my details for an OTP and stated that they would be sending it in 5 - 10 minutes, then hours later, after phoning them to find out where the OTP is they told me that the car has been sold, but they would find me another one, and phone me back. Then after phoning them once again, they inform me that the car has not been sold, but it is not available at the advertised price, the price is in excess of R 150 000.00 more. Wow, so much for your corporate values of Openness, Integrity, Responsibility, and Appreciation. No Responsibility was taken with trying to conceal their mistakes, by telling me it was sold. What can I say about Openness, they could have just played open cards right from the start. Not to mention Integrity with such borderline dishonest and misleading behavior. And I certainly do not feel Appreciated! What is even worse is that neither the Pre-owned Manager nor Dealer Principal has even picked up their phone to deal with the matter. I have lodged a complaint at Audi South Africa Customer Care. As a loyal and longstanding Audi (4 x A3's) and VW (Polo, 2 x Jetta's, Amarok) client I really hope you put this right, without me having to seek further recourse.
