Disgusting service from Audi Rivonia Centre

<p>On Monday 16/11 I booked my Car Audi A3 to Audi Rivonia the idle was bad and showing engine lights the technician who was dealing with it is Patrick Baloi, he told me the car was misfiring and he then called said it will cost me R57719 the quote was send to my motor plan which then the motor plan said they will settle R35000 on the repair and I gave them the ahead on the repair. They told me the car will be ready on Thursday 09/12 of which I went on that day in the morning the settle the amount of R22719 later in the afternoon I went to collect my car as I was on my way home the car started showing me the same engine lights and bad idling as it did the time I booked in, the car could not even start the hooter was not working electric windows were malfunction I then took the car back the next day in the morning Friday 10/12 they told me to leave the car with them to do the check, later that day they told me to come fetch it and told me the battery needed to be replaced I have never had a battery issue before I am not sure if my battery was swopped of what I asked them to keep the car so they can do proper checks they refused I asked them to loan me a car as I was going to a very important client they didn’t care they still refused I spoke to Hugo Erusmus he was very rude to me and said that’s not his problem I escalated the issue to the Dealer Principal Ryan Brews which also he was very rude to me and didn’t even show he cares about what they are doing to their clients I am not sure is because I am black they don’t want to give a good service or they generally don’t provide a good service to their clients my business has suffocated and I have lost a very important client on Friday because they refused me a loan car, Saturday I went to Willard purchased a battery still the same issue. Monday 12/12 I took it back DP Ryan and handed the car to kevin/kelvin they told me they will keep it over night and they still not even giving me the loan car, Tuesday 13/12 I went to collect it they said it was a valve they fixed as I was driving home the car started with the engine light and bad idling again when I stop it doesn’t want to start same problem again I took it back again Wednesday 14/12 now Patrick is working on the car he tells me the car has an issue with the valve which was replaced again and during the day he then says car has an issue with the Camshaft it was clear from that moment that they MISDIAGNOSED my car at my cost, Audi Rivonia has treated me in the worst way possible I asked them to give back my money they refused they cant fix my car that I already paid for they don’t even want to loan me a car after paying so much money I am so disgusted at the way they treat me because I am black I don’t deserve to be treated like their client and yet they are giving white people loan car but they refused me one my business has suffered a big loose because of the incompetency of Audi Rivonia Centre they failed to fix my car they don’t even want to give back my money my car is still the same as it was when I took it there. I think it would be fair to warn Black people on social media about the kind of POUR Service that Audi Rivonia Centre will them offer. I am so disgusted at how such a big respected Dealer centre can treat their client this way</p> <p> </p>
