Disgusting service Audi Northcliff.

Audi Northcliff saleslady stole from me in another branch in KZN, yet the dealer principle is not bothered as it was during the employee's holiday time, therefore no consequence suffered by ***** employee! Northcliff Dealer Principle says, I am not 'HIS' customer when I asked if this is how Audi customers are treated. The saleslady that stole from me, has the freedom to continue to ***** from her own customer in her Audi branch..!? Yet Audi principle happy to not address the matter.
