Disgusting Service and No Accountability

<p>I purchased a Brand New Auid Allroad and have had endless problems from the time I have purchased it. My "NEW" vehicle has been in to Audi Fourways more than ten times for the same problem, which they have said is repaired every time they were finished. There was also a time that my vehicle has been in for more than a month which they said is now fixed. I have contacted Audi South Africa several times and all they can say is that they will look into it and will try and fix it. When I ask if they can put it in writing, they say it is against their policy and cannot do that. My advise is NEVER BUY AUDI beacuse their service is disgusting and do not value cients.</p>
