Disgusting service and don't know what they doing

I took my car to Audi Centre Sandton on Monday. I have never experienced such terrible service in my whole life. After taking it in for a noticeable leak and a red exclamation light on, they told me there is nothing wrong. I left the dealership and returned to the office only to find there is still a leak. I took the car back to them and it turns out my Thermostat was cracked and all the coolant had leaked out. They fixed the car and I picked the car up only to find that it had not been washed as well. The customer service is disgusting. I am not proud to say I own an Audi. This is the second time I have had a problem with this dealership telling me there is nothing wrong with the car and receive such terrible service. The first time my engine light was on and they told me it is a technical fault. I drove out the dealership and it came back on. It turns out that some piece between my turbo and my engine was blown. Thanks to them I will never recommend an Audi to anyone!
