Disgusting customer service

I would like express disgust for the service I recieved from Audi Service Center in East London. After taking my car for service on 25 Feb. 2020 it came with a strange noice from the engine, the right hand side fog stopped working and the oil was only filled 3/4 full. I phoned them immediately after collecting the vehicle and took the car back on Friday morning, to my shock the Service Manager Morne Schwatz made me sit for a whole hour and a half before he saw it fit to talk to me. Nobody cared that I was supposed to be at work during that time.
