Disgusting customer care

My 7 month old Audi A1's clutch failed on the 06/02/2015 (13 500kms) I contacted Audi pinetown - who requested that I still drive the vehicle with the aircon on. Knowing that this was hogwash, i drove to Audi pinetown, despite the burning smell, who told me to drive my car over the weekend. Saturday morning- I moved the car, I could still smell the clutch burning so I called Audi SA who called Audi Durban and had my car towed away. I am a single female with no transport - the nature of my job depends on mobility -do you think that mattered to Audi? The car's gearbox was only taken out on Tuesday morning- I will only get my car back by Thursday- I do not have transport to and from work and to the meetings I need to address at- do you think that matters to Audi? Reliability? Aftercare support ? All hogwash - you are left on your own! Audi is just a brand with empty promises! Very disappointed and I will get rid of this car just so that I never have to deal with unsupportive Audi SA again!
