Disgusted Service

<p>I have been disgusted at the service I received from Audi Centre Pinetown. A few weeks back I had a look at one of their used cars and was happy to buy it. A day later at 8.30AM the finance manager calls stating I have been approved and congratulates me on my purchase, he went on to say the Salesmen (Mlu) will call me with regards to picking up the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then at 10.30AM I get a call from Mlu saying the car has been sold to a Mr Steven’s who paid cash. After this I went to the offices and spoke to the used car sales manager Andrew who said there is nothing he can do as the sale has been made. He went on saying I did not sign anything or pay any money so it’s too late. I explained to him that I did ask his Sales guy Mu who repeatedly said, there is no need to do so. Andrew went on more starting my Mum had called him and shouting staying they are devious and ******* (which I did talk to my mum about and she did not such thing), by the looks of things this Manager was trying to start problems in family by lying. He then went on saying I am emotional and there is nothing he will and can do if I want I can go.</p> <p>In a matter of 2 hours, after been told you have a new car, it can be sold for Cash and you then get a manger who has an attitude even after been spoken to with so much respect. I will never recommend anyone to deal with them and I will make sure people all over know what has happened. </p> <p>It is sad to know that one can receive so poor service from such a big named company as Audi Centre Pinetown.</p>
