Disgruntled Audi costumer

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Audi . I bought a brand new A3 2 moths ago and last week the PDC fell off . I then informed the dealership and was told to take on the vehicle . Today I took in the vehicle and was told in a very dismissive manner that the car will be booked it for the whole day . I was never at any point informed that fixing the problem will take the whole day. There was no curtesy in offering me a car as I clearly stated that this is a terrible inconvenience as this was a brand new car and I have urgent matters to attend to, till date still no apology. I have been driving an Audi for the past 7 years and I think this treatment has made me decide never to buy an Audi again .
