Disappointed in Audi brand, specifically Q8

Bought a new Audi Q8 s-line in 2019@ Audi Lindsay-saker in Welkom, Free State. Had two repairs done on it in early 2023 and mind the vehicle still under motor plan! The initial breakdown was due to a petrol pump failure which happened suddenly without warning and led to the car losing power while in motion (audi confirmed it when took car in for inspection) . Fortunately I wasn't driving in a free way nor with high speed. Otherwise would be telling a different story had I survived! Curiously I did research why would a relatively brand new car have petrol pump failure, specifically Audi model. Found out audi Q8 and Q7 models manufactured in 2019 were found to have a petrol pump defects which could lead to their engine stalling and losing power while in drive. They were recalled as a result for free new petrol pump replacement. Audi SA refused to replacement my car's petrol pump citing excuses such as they weren't aware of the issue and blaming a dent underneath the vehicle on the contra-lateral side of the petrol pump! I wasn't aware of the supposed dent myself! I had to paid around R80K to have a new petrol pump replaced!

Second incident occurred about 2 months later while the car was being driven by my wife. It suddenly jammed while in motion in a traffic circle! I still have horrific video clips of warning lights on the car dashboard : driving system failed, steering wheel locked, car about to roll... etc. Luckily no accident occurred as before! Otherwise it would be a different tale to tell. This time around Audi SA replaced the alternator free of charge which they confirmed as the cause for mechanical failure. I reckon they felt remorseful this time around because of the first incident they brushed off. I had owned and driven several audi models in the past, namely A1, A4, Q5 and SQ5 because of reliability and trust in the brand. Following the ordeal I suffered with the latest Q8 I vow not to buy the brand ever again! Would you!?
