Disappointed customer

Dear All <br> <br> I am a highly frustrated customer and have been messed around again. I was picked up by your driver today only to get to your dealer to find out that the loan car promised to me by Victor and Mark , was not available.<br> <br> I have explained clearly that I could not drive a manual as I sprained my ankle. Is this how you treat customers? What do I need to do to get assistance? Can somebody please call me immediately to assist with a solution and have an automatic loan car delivered to me immediately!!! I have been highly inconvenienced more than enough - as we speak I am currently stuck at work!<br> As a loyal Audi customer I am very disappointed.<br> <br> I hope this will does not result into your mechanics not doing a satisfactory job in my car so as just to speed up the process. <br> <br> Regards
