Disappointed

This morning I was giving an attitude by one of Lindsay motors Bloemfontein manager Ryno manager of service , because my Audi A3 didn’t wanted to start this morning and I ask them if they can borrow me a loan car he just dismissed me as if I don’t exist and even SA Audi costumer care they just dismissed me as well and I told them I already had appointment for today but they could not assist and until now they have not touched my car meaning tomorrow as well I can’t attend my today appointment that I pushed for tomorrow and when I called SA Audi they only explain to me around 3 o’clock that they’re turn around time is 48 hours and they’re not responsible for what is happening in the dealership.

But when we buy Audi they will call us telling us welcome to SA Audi and when you have any problem please feel free to contact us but when you contact them they are telling me they are not responsible for what is happening at the dealership.
