Director Of VWSA not resolving issues...

I would like to share my experience with Audi South Africa...<br> <br> I had a 2015 Audi A6, from the day i purchased it, i had issues with the multi media screen, front suspension and the sunroof. After taking the vehicle back for repairs 20 times the relationship with the dealer deteriorated to such an extent that they were no longer willing to attempt fixing the vehicle. I tried taking it up with the Audi Customer care with no joy.<br> <br> I proceeded by going in to VW South Africa's head office in Sandton, spoke to the after sales director Mr Chris Khumalo. I was insured that he will call me the same day as he was on his way to a meeting, needless to say that didn't happen, spoke the next day and that was the last time, he decided I'm not worth keeping as a client. <br> <br> I have sins jumped ship, lost money doing it but did it with a smile, a vehicle is suppose to bring a person joy not frustrations and when you pay a premium price for something being advertised as a premium product one expect proper customer service.<br> <br> So summary of my story, stay away from Audi, I came from BMW and returned with a smile. BMW has the best Customer service.
