defective accident damaged vehicle sold to me

recently purchased a vehicle from audi centre in middelburg, the car was defective from day 1 and had accident damage, on contacting audi south africa i was met with a response that we cannot help and the matter must be resloved with the dealership.

i mean is this how audi does business? allow their dealerships to lie and sell accident damaged vehicles and defective vehicles to people and then tell them to ***** themselves when they eventually find out and have problems with the car
