deception

I bought an Audi Q5 at Centurion Gauteng. On 27 March 2023 while driving my son to school the car began to function oddly. The system said that everything in the car was faulty. I contacted Audi to come and collect the car. They then came to me and said there is a Device underneath the rear seat at the back that device called MODULE has stopped functioning because water spilt on it. I then asked why was it not covered, and their answer was they don't know and that it is regarded as negligence. I asked how so if the device is not covered. I also stated that there have been cases in the US and Europe where Audi had to recall its cars because of this. Their answer was these cars are made in South Africa. In essence, in South Africa there has not been a recall therefore, the cost falls on you. Yet, the car they sold me is supposed to be a family car.
