Debit Refund Problems with Audi and Wesbank

My car was settled in full on the 3rd of July 2025. On the 19th of July 2025 Audi / Wesbank proceeded to debit my account. I contacted them on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd to get my money back. They keep on requesting me to call in the following day, each time for a different reason. None of them have resolved my issue.
