Damaged my windscreen and refuses to fix it

<p>My car broke down and i sent it to Audi Centre Menlyn for diagnostics before i fetched my car and could see the damage caused to my car i was conveniently called to rate the service knowing that if i rate the service after taking delivery of the car i would provide a bad rating and insist on my car being fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted Audi SA they claim to have looked into the issue but gave a bogus response saying we leave our car there at our own risk and they wont assume responsibility for damage they caused to my vehicle </p>
