Customer service at its worst.

Absolutely disgusting service from Audi Bruma.From the DP Bradley Schultz , to F&I Mandy le Roux , to salesman Michael Kumhalo .After my girlfriend filled out all the paper work including the OTP , paid the OTP fee of R 2000.00 on Friday , we get told we can collect the vehicle on Saturday. We arrive at the dealership on Saturday only to be told vehicle will only be ready for delivery on Monday ( today) , Today they call us to say the car was sold to someone else. Tell me what was the purpose of paying the R 2000.00 to secure the [URL Removed] ********* bunch.....Even funnier : we get a call from another *********** member of their team an hour later asking if we've managed to arrange insurance cover on the vehicle they just sold to someone else.....these guys have no clue! .Being an Audi driver myself Iam extremely disappointed.I will never recommend the Bruma branch to anyone , in fact I will make a point of telling everyone to avoid them!.
