Customer care non excistant

<p>My wife had trouble with her car not switching off. Contacted roadside assistance who refused to assist as the car was "driveable". No consideration that car might stall or steering even locking. Lodged a complaint with Audi SA but two weeks later no response. If they want to compete in luxury car market they should improve their customer service.</p>
