Complaint for Interior Car Damages
I have been an Audi customer for the last 9 years and I have received the worst service from Audi Centre Rivonia recently. I sent my car in to replace a component related to the aircon and this involved stripping my dashboard. They did work but they damaged the leather on my steering wheel, gear lever and the leather around my gear lever. When innocent came to Pick me up with my car, there was not plastic covering on the seat, steering and gear lever. These precautions were not taken to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of. I called the service advisor, Innocent to let him know the damages. He admitted that the above was damaged and that I needed to speak to the Workshop Manager, Pieter van den Berg, to resolve the issue. I asked Innocent to tell the Workshop Manager, Pieter van den Berg, to give me a call but he did not get back to me. Eventually I called Audi Centre Rivonia to speak to Pieter van den Berg, but he was not available and left my details with the reception for him to contact me. I got no response from Pieter van den Berg until I called again and told the reception that I will take further action if this is not resolved. When speaking to Pieter van den berg, he made me into a **** by telling me that I did not have proof that my car was not damaged before I sent my car in. I then contacted Audi SA to lay the complaint, but I still have not received any feedback. All I want is to have my car in the condition that it was in before Audi Centre Rivonia worked on the vehicle.
