Complaint about audi sandton service

Have a big issue with audi sandton. Bought a car from audi on the 1st October. Picked up some issues on the car sent it back to be repaired. Of the 3 issues I picked up it took them 5 days to repair only 1 issue which was a radiator leak. I monitored my tracker on the vehicle and noticed the vehicle was parked and didn't move for 4 days until in called in and complained. Then the next day they repaired it. So they only assist you when u complain. I had no car for 5 days they refused to give me a loan car. But other clients get loan cars. Then they gave me the car for the weekend and request it back again the following week. For I don't n ow how many days and still no loan car. I advised I have no other means of transport but they don't care. Spoke to Mike the manager of used vehicle sales he promised to call me back twice and said he is in a meeting and still nothing. The sales agent I am dealing with reeno Christian was extremely helpful but was restricted by the bad service from audi. I will never purchase a vehicle from audi and again and I will also make sure never to refer anyone to audi. Cause if this is how you are treated then I do not want to deal with them again.
