Complaint

<p>I have been phoning Lynn Swart everyday and she kept on promising on calling me back but she never did. I am not sure if its the colour of my skin because I can even hear the irritation through her voice when I call her and this clearly speaks to the service they are rendering to me. 4 months ago I purchase a brand new (auidi A1) and all of a sudden the car doesnt engage with gears and when I contacted Audi they confirmed the clutch plate is burnt and they putting the blame on me. I m not a first time,nor second time driver, I have been driving manual cars for the past 8 years and this is my 3rd car. I wonder if Audi is a good brand as per their adverti*****t but where I sit I am still questioning the quality of their brand,how can a brand new car fail me in 4 months and AUDI refuses to account for this failure. This is a day light ******* and I am not willing to accept it. Can someone please intervene and make sure that I get my car back as my car has been sitting with AUDI for 2 weeks and no one can assist but send me from pillar to post.</p>
