Complaint

When I bought my car from these big brand with a Freeway Plan. I had my car just for 5 years now I didn't have a clue that my service plan expired 3 months back because I bought the car during these time 5 years back and I was told the plan expired 3 months back. There is transparency from Audi side. No one explained thoroughly the terms of the Freeway Plan and even in writing it is not what they say when the plan has expired. Please improve your service delivery otherwise one customer at a time will leave you.
