Claim after an accident

reported a claim 20/11/2017, claim settled 28/11/2017 Turn around time- which i feel it is too long Panel beater received car 28/11/2017, to date i have not received my car never received a call from the panel beater upon inquiry after several calls im only told yesterday that the car has to back to AUDI cause the steering wheel locks. My worry is lack of communication, i only received a break down today cause i wanted an explanation, the service is appaling
