Changing of car battery

Car had problem with battery. It is still under warranty and year has not passed but the Audi technician and manager is telling me about accident and air bag which it has nothing to do with that. Which they refused to change it. Their are telling me to buy it and maitanance will refund me. I reported it early this year even now nothing has happen.
