Car trim peeling after 60,000km

Shame on you Audi, my car is under 2 years old and only has 60,000km on it, the trim surrounding my window switches is peeling away, so when I booked it in today I asked if this could please be dealt with. To just be told \sorry for you"but your car is over a year old and it's not our problem anymore. Nice..... Really nice.... This on a car that costs over R440"
