Car damaged after being towed
My car broke down on the 24th of December 2015 late at night and I called audi assist who sent through a man called Kobus to tow the car and drop me off at my destination. Myself and Kobus inspected the car for any visible damage like scratches or dents and we both signed the checklist that my car was in a good condition. I was shocked when I went to pick my car up on the 16th of January Ira Audi polokwane and found lots of problems with it. There were suddenly scratches on the bonnet, an extra 60km on the clock, the driver's door doesn't close properly, there's a hole in the car and the aircon and armrest have become very noisy. I contacted Audi SA to complain and no one is accepting responsibility. Audi polokwane insist they got the car in that condition but Kobus says when he dropped the car off Audi inspected it and there were no damages. Libon Chauke who's the workshop manager was rude and not helpful and had the nerve to ask me how it's possible that a car with 80 000kms can't have a single scratch on it. I feel that Audi must do something, the dealer is after all their franchisee and should be brought to task in this!
