Called to make a booking for a service

I called Audi Centre East Rand on the morning of the 23rd March 2015 to try make a booking for a service, I was told that the lady at the service desk is busy with a client and I left my number to have them call me back. I then called again 3hours later to try get a booking, she was apparently still busy with a clients. Third time around, someone else at reception answered the phone, and again I left my number to have them call me back... When I eventually got thru to the service desk, the lady just wasn't interested in assisting at all.
