Brilliant service!

<p>I recently purchased an Audi TTS from Audi Hatfield and dealt with a Sales consultant named Nicholas Daubermann.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thought I’d share my experience in dealing with Nicholas when I purchased my vehicle from Audi Hatfield.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall, it was a great experience! Nicholas was amazingly helpful in ensuring I go the car I wanted and I got it on time. He was also very efficient in dealing with my bank regarding the car finance even when the bank was not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key positive aspects:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Extremely efficient</p> <p> a. Got all necessary admin work done on record time which means I didn’t have to wait long before I got my car</p> <p> b. All arrangements were made without fail on the day I collected my car</p> <p>2. Great knowledge of the car and of the process that needed to be followed in purchasing the vehicle:</p> <p> a. Nicholas was fully aware of all the important things regarding the car (technical and operational) such that when I collected the car, I was immediately fami**** with its functions</p> <p> b. Nicholas was able to guide me on each step of the way to ensure that the financing process went smoothly</p> <p>3. Went beyond the normal requirements to help:</p> <p> a. There was a delay by the bank in arranging the finance for the car, Nicholas showed great professionalism when dealing with the bank so that the issues can be addressed – this had a direct impact in me getting my car in the shortest possible time period (all things considered)</p> <p> b. He ensured that all the ancillary products that I had opted for from Audi was installed and done on time before I picked up the car from the dealership</p> <p> c. Was in constant contact with me throughout the purchasing process to keep me informed of progress – this was extremely important to me as a customer</p> <p>4. Soft s****s:</p> <p> a. Extremely friendly</p> <p> b. Made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the dealership</p> <p> c. Was able to connect with me and relate to me with regards to why I wanted the specific Audi model – other than the great price offered, this played a huge role in me choosing an Audi over a BMW or Mercedes</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope he gets the credit that he deserves. He did an absolutely stellar job!</p>
