Brilliant Extra Mile Service under pressure

I had a recent dealing with a sales exec from Audi Menlyn, Jannie Venter. He bent over backwards to assist me on a trade-in. His attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in order to ensure the deal we were discussing went through was amazing.
