Breaking agreement to buy my A6 from me

3 weeks ago I got a call from Phillip De Swardt. He wanted to buy my Audi A6 from me. I had placed an ad for it on Auto Trader. I asked him to make 100% sure if he wants the car, because he asked me to remove the ad and I explicitly told him that I won't do it, unless he puts it in writing, because he cannot change his mind later then, because I am immigrating in 3 weeks. On Monday (4 days ago) I got a Whatsapp (how unprofessional) telling me that his buyer doesn't want the car anymore and they won't be buying the car from me.<br> <br> I demand that my car be bought, as this was the agreement. My agreement with them was not determined on his buying going ahead or not, that is what I asked him to confirm originally, which he then came back and agreed to make it official, by putting it in writing.<br> <br> I immediately complained to Peter de Wet and Winton who are the managers. They did nothing except ignore me further and wasted another 3 days. I contacted the dealer principle and he made some lies/**** excuses for why they cannot buy my car now. I only have 1 working day left int he country and now have to deal with this. I demand a response and that this car be paid for and uplifted immediately.
