Brand new 2017 Audi A4 delivered with suspension damage.

<p>At the beginning of the year I purchased a brand new Audi A4.</p> <p>When driving the car home from the dealer despite my excitement of a new car I noted that the steering wheel was not in the straight ahead position. This allong with some rattles in the drivers door was communicated to the sales agent and the car was booked in.</p> <p>I also noted to the sales agaent, Gareth that there was a barcode sticker on only the front left wheel so it looks as if it was replaced.</p> <p>The car was returned to me with the alighnment having been fixed and a part ordered to fix the rattle. The car now pulled very badly to the left especially at speed and the car was again returned to audi. Gareth had left and Wilton his superior took over my complaints.</p> <p>Additional work was done on the suspension and the car was again returned to me.</p> <p>This time although much better the car seems unable to drive straight. It veers to the left and right while driving.</p> <p>A series of additional rattles had begun to show their faces in the side doors and panels of the car.</p> <p>Btw I drive good roads and the car was only two months old with 2000km on the clock.</p> <p>Yet again the car was returned to Audi and this time I met Mark who I believe is the dealer principal. Mark assured me my complaints would be delat with.</p> <p>the car was in for four days and when retuned I am very pleased to say that most of the rattles in the car were no longer evident.</p> <p>Sadly however the suspension remained unchangedand again Wilton assured me that they have a specialist that will look at the car amf would book the car in as soon as he was available.</p> <p>when not hearing back from Wilton I called Mark and again raised my frustraion in how the suspension was beaing dealt with.</p> <p>His response was that I never ingormed him about the suspension and that when he drove the car to check the rattles they have never determined anything wrong with the car amd that I shouldbook the car in yet again to have the suspension seen too.</p> <p>I have yet again booked the car in with the hopes of the suspension being seen to.</p> <p>my request to have the car replaced was met with we dont do that, it is under waranty so will have to be repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>My advice, even though I have owned four, dont every buy an Audi.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
