Bought car from Rinus which had anomalies

Hi I should have put this up months ago, i bought a car from Audi menlyn and when i received the car(polo tsi 2014) it had scratches on fender and bonnet and inside the arm rest was wobbly and car was dirty even body of vehicle was not aligned and there was a cold start jerk on vehicle idiling. i had to make arrangements here in cape town to have those things fixed, thank God car is under warranty, I would like to expose the attitude these salesman have in doing anything to make a sale, when i received a picture of vehicle the fender was smoothly photo shopped, i had to take car in on numerous occasions to have the anomalies fixed, Now that i wanted the certain things fixed he Rinus is saying that i never made him aware of these anomalies, i should have known that this would be a tricky situation because he communicated most of the the time via whattsapp. I am very disappointed and made me decide not to purchase from an Audi branch in future
