I have never dealt with such a dishonest company EVER!!!!! This has been a year and a few weeks of total pain.

I initially bought a pre owned car from Audi Arcadia , my sale person was Success Ratsoma. Firstly I had to hound him none stop regarding the car as though it was me who was doing the deal, him and his assistance then retaliated by offering me a bunch of other cars that I had no interest in. Eventually the found the car I wanted and I went in to meet with them. After a few days they told me the car was ready. I asked them to include Smash and Grab as the car did not have any ( They did such a botched job ). Apart form running after them to fix my arial that wasn't on the car, these guys post service was even worse. Almost a year down the line I requested the tax invoice for my car as I had planned to possibly trade it in at some point. What I saw shocked me. They had added a number of things that should not have been part of the invoice. I took this up with Success and he arrogantly told me that he did that because they had bought the car for a higher price from the previous owner, he then said there was nothing he could do and that his job was done. Before I got a chance to escalate this matter, Patrick Ngobeni , who works in the new sales division gave me a call to find out why I had gone to Audi Sandton regarding a trade in and not returned to the branch in Arcadia. I literally screamed narrated the whole saga to him explaining how awful and wrong their pre owned division was. Patrick spoke to his boss Paul who then decided to take it upon themselves to fix the situation by squashing my whole car debt only if I took up one of their new cars . The following day they took my car and provided me with a curtesy car. That same day I was pressured into deciding which car I would take. I explained to Patrick that I couldn't just decide on the spot and that I needed time. A few days later I went to see Patrick and we spoke about options and ended up at the new Audi a1 as it would be at closer range with my current instalment. I then asked him what my interest would be and he said 12% and I asked that he get it down. A few hours after I had left the dealership he sent me a text saying that he had gotten it down to 11% (Still have all the texts between us). Satisfied, I decided to go with the deal. The following day he came to drop off the car and the contract at work, I asked if I could have time to go over it as I was still at work and needed time. He said I could sign for now and if I was unhappy about anything he would then assist, I called my older sister as a witness and asked him to repeat that he said, that he would assist if I was unhappy about anything and he repeated it to her. That very day I asked him to send me a copy of the contract, he did not. He sent me a copy two days later after requests each day and sent me a voice note of him and a colleague giggling about my wanting the contract to be sent to me. Upon receiving the contract I realised that the interest was not the 11% he texted to tell me had been approved but rather it is 11,75%. When I asked him why he'd ****, he sent me the "I don't know emoji" on whatsapp. I am so sick of Audi. Truly!!!!!! it has been such BS after BS. You have taken advantage of me. All I want is the 11% I was assured or the money that I paid on my old car back and you can take your car and we can go our separate ways. I am so f*cken angry. I would never ever recommend Audi to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
