BEWARE using AUDI- ASSIST & EUROCAR TOWING OPERATORS

Audi Assist and its preferred towing operator , Eurocar, collected my vehicle after making me wait roadside for 4 1/2 hrs. Their own documents on collection clearly show that my vehicle was received with no damage whatsoever. At Audi's election , my vehicle was stored for four days at a location of their choice before their preferred towing operator Eurocar delivered my vehicle to an Audi's preferred dealer who records damage to several areas of the vehicle on receipt. Now six months later, Audi and its preferred towing operator, Eurocar , claim that " Tangible evidence has not been supp**** to show that the damage did not exist prior to towing". Conveniently, the car inspection documents compiled by the towing operator on collection, which clearly show no damage at all, are totally ignored by both companies. SHAME ON YOU BOTH. Yet another occasion when big business fails to take responsibility for the mess you made. "AUDI - ASSIST" more like "AUDI - DAMAGE" . QUIET THE WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 16 YEARS !!!!!!
