BEWARE...THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR

<p>On three seperate occasions I have taken my car into Audi Centre JHB for repairs/services and my car has come back dented and scratched. On two of the occasions they claimed accountability for the damages and it was repaired, however, on the 3rd occasion after I collected my car on a Friday after spending 3 weeks at the garage for repairs, I contacted the garage immediately on the following Monday morning to inform them of the damage caused , I was advised by the service manager Victor that he would review the video footage from the 3 weeks and get back to me, this was not the case, no feedback was supp**** from the video footage, nor were any discussion entered into around the damage they hhad caused while they had my car for three week, I was merely informed by the service manager that as three days had passed since I collected my car, they can no longer be held accountable. On this occasion the most damage was caused to the car, interesting that they arenow voiding themselves of all accountability, this was despite me leaving the dealership on the Friday and telling Victor I would be in touch on the Monday if there were any problems......Needless to say what they were needing to repair is still not sorted!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please beware as my brother has purchased numerous vehicles from the same dealership and has experienced the exact same problems, check your car carefully when you collect it from there, it will probably come back damaged and the garage will more than likely not care, even when you try engaging with the dealer principle, he tends to either ignore you or sit in meetings playing on his phone as opposed to engaging with customers and addressing concerns. </p>
