Bad Service on a big company

i have bought a car at Audi Polokwane in limpopo in 2021 April, the car had 82 000 km on it i experience few faults on it but they refuse to take it back i had to drive and take it but now as i speak the car is stuck with a gearbox problem and i called Audi to take the car and fix it , i was told that the warranty has expired, i'm really disappointed with Audi i even called the bank to take this car back to them even though i will pay the penalties its fine but i don't want this Audi anymore.
