bad service I received

<br> I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the Audi Centre West Rand (Audi Clearwater). I booked in my vehicle for the oil light that came on Monday afternoon, I was asked if I would need transport and I said yes. On the 08 April 2015 I dropped off my vehicle at the Audi Clearwater dealer for the technical problem it had, I requested that I be provide with a quote for any work that needs to be carried out on the vehicle after establish the problem. On Wednesday after dropping off my vehicle in the morning the Audi Driver drop me off. <br> The service consulted from Audi called me to notify me that the quote for the vehicle, I had agreed that the vehicle be repaired that was in the afternoon on Wednesday and the part needed to be order in. On Thursday afternoon (15h30) I called the service consulted to find out how far the vehicle repaired were finished. The first thing she said was sorry she did not call me to tell me when the part had arrived she forgot, I said it was okay she said the part had arrived at 14h00pm on Thursday, went on to explain that the same day delivery never arrived yesterday that the reasons the part only arrived so late. The vehicle was not done y
